Applications, digital images and fees are due at St. Stephen’s. There is a mailbox next to the church office that can be used after hours.

Hanging and Arranging Art: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (lunch provided by St. Stephen's)
Thursday, April 26
9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Jurors make awards.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Final arrangements in Gallery.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Gallery Preview. Juror awards will have been made. Award ribbons will be placed for 5:00 PM preview opening.
Friday, April 27
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Gallery and Gift Shop open.
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Special Preview for Invited Guests
6:30 PM – Artists Reception
Saturday, April 28
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Gallery and Gift Shop open
10:30 AM – Artist Demonstration: Diane Wood, Pastels
1:30 PM – Artist Demonstration: Vince Heuring, Artistic Composition
3:30 PM – Artist Demonstration: Lynn Daignault, Encaustic

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Gallery and Gift Shop open
5:00 PM – All Unsold Art Must Be Claimed.
